To change the world is a simple matter of changing these expectations and beliefs.

E2 Nine do it yourself experiments that prove your thoughts create your reality Pam Grout

Read the book! Do the experiments!

When you see a person you love, your brain releases dopamine, oxytocin, and a growth hormone. Looking at a person you love changes your blood, because it releases happiness chemicals and a growth hormone. It makes people that are in love, healthy and energized, on fire for life.

Between the real environment, and the cells, we have interpretation - something the cells don't have. The cells are going to respond, not to the real world, they are going to respond to my interpretation of the real world.

It's not based on the real world, it's based on your interpretation of the world. If I change my interpretation, I change my chemistry.

The Aware Show Bruce Lipton

You attract your dominant thoughts. “The Secret movie”

Nobody sees anybody truly but all through the flaws of their own egos. That is the way we all see ...each other in life. Vanity, fear, desire, competition-- all such distortions within our own egos-- condition our vision of those in relation to us. Add to those distortions to our own egos the corresponding distortions in the egos of others, and you see how cloudy the glass must become through which we look at each other. That's how it is in all living relationships except when there is that rare case of two people who love intensely enough to burn through all those layers of opacity and see each other's naked hearts.” Tennessee Williams

When you see a bee bumbling around, snap a photo. Head to bumblewatch.org and create a free account, then upload your photo and click the map to log your sighting. After that, the website will lead you through questions to help ID your bee. The data will be helpful to conservationists and scientists in the Xerces Society, Wildlife Preservation Canada, the University of Ottawa and other groups target local efforts and study bee decline.
